What the service is for

The email organizes dated inspection and citation records into a faster research brief without requiring another website visit.

Important: a historical inspection or citation is not proof of a current hazard, current liability, or present compliance status.

Delivery boundaries

No daily-email promise and no empty weekly digest. The first run establishes a baseline rather than replaying old records. The current delivery sample is capped at 50 records, not complete subscriber coverage. Source delays may pause normal digests and will be disclosed in the monthly status note.

Does pending abatement establish a current hazard?

No. The label is inferred from historical public fields. Verify the current inspection, contest and abatement status in the official record.

Does payment guarantee a weekly email?

No. We send a weekly digest only when qualifying changes pass the evidence checks. If evidence is incomplete, the change email is held; the monthly note explains monitoring status.
